You are also subject to any additional terms applicable when using affiliate services, third-party content, or third-party software integrated into the platform.

The following terms and conditions apply across our e-commerce platform and associated digital services, encompassing all purchases and sales. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to comply with them.

Each user is accountable for the personal information supplied upon registration and commits to keeping it updated. CANNALAND MÉXICO S.A.P.I de C.V is a technology enterprise providing e-commerce and specialized digital solutions. Our Marketplace provides an online environment where users can buy and sell products utilizing varied payment and delivery methods.

Declarations

The "COMPANY" Declares:

• That it is a legally constituted entity in full compliance with the laws of the United Mexican States.
• That it possesses the full legal, technological, and operational capacity to enter into this contract.

The "USER" Declares:

• That all information provided during purchasing or registration is accurate, truthful, and verifiable, releasing the Company from any liability arising from false representations.
• That they possess the full physical, mental, and legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• That they are at least 18 years of age, or in the case of a legal entity, that minors will not access the platform.
• That they bear sole responsibility for any data, logos, trademarks, and identifiers provided.

1. Registration and Platform Use

To access platform features, users must establish an account with precise and current details. Only persons aged 18 and older are authorized to register. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Access credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Users must notify CANNALAND immediately upon detecting any unauthorized access.

2. Product Listings

Sellers publishing products acknowledge their availability for sale during the stated period. Listings must accurately describe the product with clear images and true specifications. We reserve the right to remove any listing violating quality guidelines or legal standards.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices must be clear and inclusive of applicable taxes. Sellers must provide validated disbursement details. CANNALAND reserves the right to hold settlements under reasonable suspicion of fraud or regulatory breach.

4. Shipping and Delivery

CANNALAND manages delivery under the FAST fulfillment modality; under the START modality, individual vendors manage fulfillment. Buyers hold the right to cancellation and refund if products are not delivered within stated schedules.

5. Return and Refund Policy

Buyers have the right to request a return within 30 days following delivery if the product does not conform to expectations or shows defects.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Vendors warrant that published items do not infringe third-party patents, copyrights, or trademarks. CANNALAND removes reported infringements promptly.

7. Security

We implement robust technological safeguards to protect user data and platform integrity. Users remain responsible for the security of their own devices and passwords.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be announced through the platform. Continued usage signifies binding acceptance.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising from this contract will be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Mexico City.

10. Sanctions and Account Suspension

In the event of violations of applicable laws or these Terms, CANNALAND reserves the authority to issue warnings, restrict, suspend, or terminate user accounts.

11. Intellectual Property Protection

CANNALAND and its affiliates retain all rights, title, and interest in and to their proprietary logos, trademarks, software, source code, designs, and content. Unauthorized reverse engineering or data scraping is prohibited.

12. Privacy and Data Governance

All personal data is governed under our Privacy Policy in full compliance with the Mexican Federal Data Protection Act (LFPD).

13. Reviews and Communications

Users may post reviews and feedback provided content is lawful, respectful, non-defamatory, and free of spam or malicious software.

14. Availability & Warranty

Fulfillment timelines are estimates. In the event of out-of-stock items, charges will be promptly refunded back to the original payment method or user Wallet.

15. Fraud Prevention

Any fraudulent card usage, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized transactions will be reported directly to law enforcement, judicial bodies, and relevant financial networks.
